We did not get any real guidance, because our onboarding was cut short by nature of the technician not being familiar with Mac (90% of our environment). We even went so far as to buy enterprise support and consulting, but the entire process was a mess and not very organized. It kind of works, but ESET has to make major compromises and use VPN/Proxies just to get basic AV software to work and function.
